Dear Guests,

In 2027, the second phase of the comprehensive renovation of the Schweizerhof will begin. Among other things, the roofs, windows, and, in some cases, the facades will be replaced. The goal of these measures is to preserve the unique character and traditional style of the Schweizerhof and to maintain it for you and for us for decades to come.

Since Building 6 was already renovated this year, Buildings 3, 4, and 5 will be affected by the work in 2027, from April through the end of July.
Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of temporary noise or other disruptions on certain days. 

We are providing this notice in advance so that you can take it into account when planning your vacation for the months from approximately April through the end of July 2027. Of course, the companies involved will do their best to accommodate the guests of the hotel and the vacation apartments. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to the Schweizerhof Vacation Apartments.
